We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including unopened products. Please review your curl, diameter, length, and quantity before checkout.

Opened or used lash trays, adhesives, and other beauty supplies cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email Kmills1225680@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review your concern and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed issues. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
